Privacy notice

Trelawny Production is a podcast production studio in Bristol, UK. This page explains what happens to the details you send us through this website.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you write in your message. That's all. This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

What we use it for

To reply to you and, if you become a client, to work with you. We don't sell your details, pass them to anyone for marketing or add you to a mailing list.

How the form works

The form is delivered by a service called Web3Forms, which passes your message to our email inbox. Some shows on this site play audio straight from their podcast host, so that host can see a request from your browser when you press play.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to deal with your request and to keep a record of our work together.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them or ask us to delete them. Email hello@trelawnyproduction.co.uk and we'll sort it out. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
